LA PICARON Fri 29 JAN 2010 Held in Morzine, a night relay (2 racers in each team) around “Le Stade” Last years time 51min 3. LA CASS’TETE [...] 10/November/09 Accessed from the Joux Plan road, a gentle first ski trip of the season. 40cm of snow at 1800m, no rocks hit. Not bad! Sam’s 40th, a walk up to the Hospice followed by an enlightening evening. The ski tour the next day was made more memorable by the legendary winds that whistle through the pass. The forecast was for 70 km/hr winds and -10C. That is just how it felt!
