10/November/09 This is big news for Morzine, the OT (Tourist Office) is asking for help building a new “easy” trail on Pleney. They have brought in a proffessional from Bike Solution to direct the work and they are looking for voluteers to help out on June 16/17th. Brilliant, I can’t wait. “Engaging the users” is something [...] May 30th 2009, the uplifts have opened in Les Gets. I got out on my bike for my first local ride of the season. We started with a circuit of Mt Chery, the precipitous bit was sign posted as closed. It was passable but required a little bit of carrying. We got back to Les [...] Les Gets (Chavannes and Mt Chery lift) will be opening a week early for mountain bikes on weekends only from May 30th until June 19th. And then from then on full time.
